Online introduction to Complete Vocal Technique and afternoon workshop, 22nd January 2022! All types of voices welcome, and special introduction for classical singers, new to CVT. Offer open until midnight Sunday 28th November. Frank Albersmann and Iain Petty, both Authorised CVT teachers are offering a one-day Complete Vocal Technique Introductory workshop with special focus on the classical singer’s needs. The Complete Vocal Technique is a renowned toolbox not only for singers of Rock and Pop music, but also offers many practical features for today’s Belcanto voices. We will give an overview of the terminology and insights on how to use the technique and answering questions on vocal health, styles and possibilities of the voice. In the afternoon you have the opportunity to work on your own repertoire in an online workshop.

On-line workshops and individual lessons 

Interested in singing? Curious to know more about Complete Vocal Technique? An introductory trial lesson is available free of charge, either online or in person. On-line individual lessons are available by request. 

Alternatively join a 1-hour introduction to Complete Vocal Technique, followed by an online 3-hour workshop where those who wish, can present a song they would like to work on, or receive advise on a particular technical point.

CVT introduction and group workshop focussing on CVT and classical music 

An introduction to Complete Vocal Technique covering the ideology, the overall principles, vocal modes and their use, sound colour, and a brief look at special effects. However, in this session I want to explore not only the classical repertoire but to look at how CVT forms the basis of classical singing of all types and styles from Monteverdi to Berio.
